Nihawatu Resort -Sumba Is

Last bit of civilization in Sumba- Nihawatu Surf Resort located on the beach, surf out the front. Very Eco friendly and a pleasure to hang out at for a drink and popcorn at the bar. Chart of Sumba in background on the wall.

Surf at your doorstep. Small this day.

Looking down along the reef out the front at low tide.

Local fisho's fascinated by our boat. They did the full snorkel underneath to check out Bonnie. Just another social occasion for me to ractise my Indonesian.

Very protected anchorage here with a few local fishermen and food/fuel supply boats (fishing boats).
